Question about Eddie Murphy?

Murphy is probably the most succsessful movie star to come out of "Saturday Night Live" (though in my opinion he hasn't done a good movie since......) yet he never attends SNL cast reunion shows and i heard a rumor he doesn't like talking about having ever been on the show. anyone know why?
